No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

To respect our barbers' time and other clients waiting for appointments, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance.

If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel too late, you may be charged a no-show fee for the missed slot.

Repeated no-shows may result in your account being automatically banned from online booking.
